Document Removed:
The "Converting Your Source Data into BER Format Using SSDOT"
(dbb_75-70-00t.html) has been removed because it does not follow
the database creation process that we are using to assist
clients. Clients are instructed to convert their source data at
the command prompt the first time they are creating a database;
the source data will automatically be converted to BER every time
a client updates the database from that point on.
