Open SiteSearch Product Support is available to users who have purchased the optional maintenance contract. Product Support is available via e-mail, phone, and FAX during regular business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m., EST) at the following numbers and addresses: To submit a software problem to Product Support, complete the Problem Report Form. Open SiteSearch Product Support is available to the Open Source community with the purchase of an optional maintenance contract. Open SiteSearch Open Source Support is available directly from the Open Source community via the SiteSearch Open Source listserv.
