OCLC offers optional maintenance contracts to the SiteSearch Open Source Project community which provide access to full technical support and SiteSearch staff expertise.

Open SiteSearch technical support specialists can help with:

  • Installation
  • Basic configuration and daily use of the Open SiteSearch software
  • Adding remote Z39.50 servers
  • Gaining access to local and remote databases

    Users are not required to purchase maintenance contracts to participate in the Open SiteSearch Open Source Project. Contact Open SiteSearch staff for pricing information at 1-800-848-5878, ext. 5229.

    Training

    SiteSearch training courses are currently available under the following topics:

  • WebZ
  • Database Builder
  • Record Builder

    Custom modules can be designed to meet specific training needs.

    The courses are conducted in our state-of-the-art training facilities at OCLC's Dublin, Ohio headquarters.

    Custom Services
