Purpose The Copy Record option allows you to create a new record by copying an existing record and then editing the new record. You may find this useful if two records have the same information for several of their data fields. When Displayed This document describes the Record Builder application's Copy Record option. There is no Copy Record screen. To copy a record, you do one of the following:
Record Builder then makes a copy of the record and displays this copy on the Edit Record screen. Example See the Edit Record screen. Usage Notes
