The ExpandHeader class is a gadget that builds the HTML for the expand screen headers displayed in the SiteSearch OBI. The HTML is generated to contain the current database chosen and the related topics or databases in the topic area depending on the database name. It uses the parameters contained in a RequestManager object to build the output. If an error occurs, an empty string("") is returned.
