Operating Record Builder

This topic links to procedures for operating the Record Builder application included with Open SiteSearch Database Builder on both UNIX and Windows NT systems.

Requirements

To use these operating procedures successfully, you must complete or have completed the following tasks:

• Installed and configured Open SiteSearch Database Builder on your host system
• Installed your Web server and configured the Record Builder (WebZ) extension that will work with the server
• Read Record Builder Process Model and System Overview.

Because Record Builder is an application included with Open SiteSearch Database Builder, it is installed concurrently with Database Builder.
