Create a database schema
- paper and pencil and the fields of your .dtd.
- What information should be grouped together?
- How do you expect the collection to grow (format and content)?
Assign tag numbers
- authoring your .dtd and determining groupings
- Tags will be reused in the system, try to assign meaningful, easy to remember tags.
