Procedure 8: Test the New or Modified Format
The PsycFirst
database and the WebZ Out-of-the-Box Interface, version 1 are used in
the following illustrations to demonstrate how to test a newly defined
or modified format. The format used below is briefest, the same format
defined throughout the examples in Procedures 1 through 6 for Formatting
Your Display.

Step 1: Conduct a Search
you should always test your new format by conducting a search like the following:
Step 2: View the Results
Inspect your results to ensure that they are formatted according to your new definition.
Notice that only the title is formatted and displayed since it was the only field defined in the display specification for the briefest format.
