Adding a new topic to the OBI Process

1) Create a new Topic Definition.

2) Define the longname for the topic.

3) Determine the group database configuration to use or create for the topic.

4) List the topic’s base database set.

5) List the databases which can’t be added to or used in this topic.

6) Add the new topic to the [Topics] list.
