    Allows user to enter 1-3 search terms, select an index for each Search term, and choose operator to use between terms.

    4. Press Go

    Valid Query goes to Brief Results page 

    No query goes to error message 

    No databases selected goes to error message

     Invalid Query goes to error Message

    Limit selection

    List of limits available for this database.

     Enter a value for limits to be used for this search

    No action until search is submitted.

    Results size

    Allows user to request how many records Obi provides in the brief results

     

    Select from 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 (default is 10)

    No action until search is submitted

    Record Format

    Allows user to select the extent of records returned in brief results

     

    Select from Brief, Full (Default is Brief)

    No action until search is submitted

    Sort Selection

    Allows user to request automatic sort for results below threshold

    If sort is available Find threshold sort keys defined for this database.
