Modifying the ILL Form – Exercise

Remove a Field:

• Delete the Social Security field on the ILL Form by removing it from the illform.html page.

• The following line of html should be deleted:

       <th align="right">/ 

   &StyleTable.fonts.illFormLabel;<B>/ 

       SSN: </b></th><td align="left">/ 

     <INPUT NAME="SSN" / 

     value="&tempSSN;" SIZE=11/  

     MAXLENGTH=20></font></td>
